Meadows Park design advances; city seeks utilities RFP and grant support

The Farr West parks committee reported that Meadows Park is moving forward: the city plans to issue an RFP for utilities work and has engaged American Ramp Company to assist with design on the park's wheeled-activity section. Parks Committee Chair Katie reported that the consultant helped with the most recent grant application and that work is progressing.
