Board leadership introduced the strategic plan, describing a process of public and stakeholder engagement that produced a vision and several priority goals through 2028, including a focus on the Park Lake Corridor. The supervisor emphasized that adoption on Oct. 20 would set the plan as the township27s guiding document but would not automatically put every action into motion; spending and committee changes will require separate board actions.
