The Trafalgar Redevelopment Commission voted 4-0 to approve the 2026 annual Tax Increment Finance (TIF) spending plan and directed staff to submit the plan via the state Gateway system. The commission then opened a public hearing on appropriations for the 2026 TIF budget; no members of the public spoke during that hearing.
