The commission voted to approve the consent calendar item that adopted the summary of actions from the March 11 Park, Rec, and Arts Commission and Arts Advisory Board joint meeting. Commissioner Jane Joyce made the motion to approve; Commissioner Joe Lindsay seconded, and Chair Carol Muscally called the voice vote. The motion carried with an affirmative vote and no recorded opposition.
