Commission approves new public defender contract with Roger Adams
Following the resignation of a prior public defender, the commission approved Agreement No. 2653 to contract with Roger Adams as the county's public defender; Michael McGinnis said Adams is experienced and coming from Ogden.

Michael McGinnis told commissioners that the county is replacing a resigned public defender with Roger Adams under Agreement No. 2653. McGinnis described Adams as experienced and said Adams was leaving prior work in Ogden to take the contract with Box Elder County.
