The Colbert County Commission held a public hearing on Mud Creek Mart 911’s application for a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class II – Package license for premises at 19940 Highway 72, Suite B, Tuscumbia; no members of the public spoke for or against the application. After the hearing, Commissioner Barnes moved to approve the license application and Commissioner Mansell seconded the motion.
