A staff member reported that the Personnel Committee negotiated non-union employee contracts to align with the newly negotiated police contract for pay equity. The staff member said the city will not fill the Street Crew Chief position left by Ben Lemman and will instead create a new Public Works and Utility Manager position; the job will be posted internally for two weeks.
