The Finance Committee agreed to remove references to the Flock law-enforcement system from Resolution 21 while an internal investigation is ongoing. One committee member explained, "we haven't concluded our investigation with Flock at this point. So, we don't think it's appropriate to have it as part of this," and the committee voted to excise any language funding law-enforcement software tied to Flock from the resolution.
