Council on July 14 approved Resolution 2026-44 authorizing an application to the Commonwealth Financing Authority for a Multimodal Transportation Fund grant to support Phase V of Alter Street improvements. Councilor Perry presented the resolution and the council voted 5–0 to approve the application.
