Hazleton City Council on July 14 approved Resolution 2026-43, awarding the Hazleton Streets Improvements – Phase 2 contract to the lowest bidder. The council recorded the award amount as $2,510,424.20 and named Pennsy Supply, Inc. as the low bidder for the 12th through 21st Street paving project.
