Council adopted the Redevelopment Commission (RDC) annual report as presented; a council member moved adoption on behalf of the RDC and staff (Ivonne) will upload the document to Gateway per requirements.

On behalf of the Redevelopment Commission, a council member moved that the council adopt the RDC's annual report; the motion was seconded and adopted by voice vote. Council thanked the staff member who offered to walk newer council members through the report to build understanding of its use, funding and responsibilities.
