Planning staff informed the commission that the Construction and Operating Permit and Conditional Use Permit for Beermann's swine feeding operation are to be transferred to a new owner, MSJM Properties Partnership, doing business as Hollywood Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation. Staff explained that the existing permit terms and conditions will transfer with ownership and that the commission was being notified of the administrative change.
