The Dakota County Board of Commissioners voted May 26 to approve a Decommissioning Agreement between Dakota County and Sternwheeler Solar Project, LLC. Commissioner Brian Van Berkum moved the approval; Commissioner Jeffrey Reed seconded the motion, and the vote passed with present commissioners voting yes and Commissioner Richard Bousquet recorded as absent.
