The full story
Staff member Brady described a proposed planned development amendment to allow all alcohol‑sale related uses without a cap in Town Square. The request would change PD 373A to PD 373E to permit an unlimited number of on‑premise primary alcohol uses and to allow incidental on‑premise sales by non‑restaurants. "The developer is requesting the change in zoning to remove the restriction on the number of on premise primary use sales of alcohol and to also allow for incidental use sales of service by non restaurants," Brady explained.
