Commission approves Amarillo Medical Center Unit 26 replat with variance and infrastructure conditions

Brady summarized a replat that creates two lots within the Amarillo Medical Center medical district and described a requested variance from the requirement that lots front a public street and a pending water main extension needed to serve the lots. "Staff recommends approval of the plat as presented with the noted variance and with the conditions that corrected originals are received, the infrastructure plans are completed and either construction of the infrastructure occurs or surety is provided for completion," Brady said.
