Council approves staff compensation changes after closed session
Following an executive session on personnel, the council approved two compensation adjustments: $200 per license per month for Sarah Barber starting July 1, 2026, and a $0.75-per-hour raise for Brandee Forster starting July 1, 2026.

The Dixon Town Council entered executive session at 7:27 p.m. on June 9 to discuss personnel and returned to open session at 7:44 p.m.; Mayor Melodie Seilaff stated that no action was taken while in executive session. After reopening, the council authorized two pay adjustments.
