Commissioners approve routine permits, contracts and repairs; move to executive session on litigation

During the meeting the Fremont County Commission approved a range of routine items and motions. The board approved signatures on a Bureau of Justice correspondence, multiple right-of-way and public-utilities cuts (including Union Pass Road and Horse Creek Road applications), an egress permit for Brooks Gap Road and a memorandum of understanding with the University of Wyoming. Commissioners approved scholarship recipients for the county-commissioner college scholarships and amended the procurement policy to include vendor/contractor reputation as an evaluation factor.
