Board workgroups, archives and a mentor program highlighted for new-member onboarding
Members reviewed three active workgroups (Annual Report, Data Notebook, Archive), noted a shared-drive folder for documents, and agreed to assign Executive Committee mentors to new Board members to help them access resources and Best Practices materials.

Members told the Executive Committee that the Board currently maintains three workgroups: the Annual Report Workgroup, the Data Notebook Workgroup, and the Behavioral Health Board Archive Workgroup. Kristine Haataja said the Annual Report is in progress and the Archive Workgroup needs clarity on where materials will be housed.
