Councilmembers reviewed two proposals to address winter damage on South Summit Street: a lower-cost rotomill-and-cap method and a more extensive pulverize-and-replace approach. After hearing from contractors and staff about truck traffic and longevity, the council approved the pulverize-and-replace quote for $38,740.
