Montrose city engineer Jared Vogi told the council the Highway 12 water‑main replacement project is ready for final closeout and that Change Order No. 1 reconciles the final contract quantities and reduces the contract amount by about $71,000. He recommended approval of the final payment application and the change order, and the council approved both by voice vote.
