The board approved a professional services contract with Kate Snyder Kimsey Architects (TSK) for $531,568 to reprogram and produce schematic-level renovation designs for the Judicial Law Enforcement Center (JLAC). Project manager Scott McCullough said TSK had previously conducted studies and is well positioned to update a 2015 space-needs assessment and produce schematics for phased construction on an estimated $15 million remodel budget.
