Franklin planning panel affirms permit approvals, notes reformat of fee schedule
The Franklin Planning Commission on Sept. 3 accepted July minutes, approved a batch of permits (1967–1973) and reviewed a reformatted fee schedule that separates filing, permit and inspection fees to reduce refund complications. Several permits were approved subject to setback or inspection follow-up.
