Greyel staff updated the council on lead‑and‑copper follow‑up testing after earlier positive results at some homes. Staff said Fort Wayne will perform split sampling using a multi‑bottle stair‑step protocol—250 ml, 500 ml and then repeated 1‑liter samples—to determine where the high sample came from and whether the issue is isolated to first‑draw plumbing or a systemic problem.
