Commission members described a persistent drainage bottleneck at Woodworth and Factory that left a manhole clogged for hours after heavy rain and contributed to localized flooding. Brian and other members told the Commission they watched crews work for many hours to clear the blockage and said the town has identified the Woodworth/Factory corridor as a top priority for stormwater engineering.
