Outgoing Assessor urges changes to wage process; Board sets new meeting schedule

As her term concluded, Assessor Lisa Kinsman offered recommendations for Board consideration, including revising the budget process so the Board develops and recommends compensation after annual employee evaluations and earlier timing for the Municipal Administration evaluation in the budget cycle. She also noted continued availability to assist with the Transfer Station reporting spreadsheet and offered to remain involved in regional funding discussions, proposing a macro‑enabled spreadsheet for data updates.
