The Meeker Board of Trustees moved into executive session shortly after convening its special meeting on March 25, 2026. Mayor Donna Weber made the motion to enter executive session at 5:32 p.m.; Aaron Head seconded and the board recorded a unanimous yea vote (Thompson, Massey, Head, Orman, Weber).
