Council certifies preliminary 2027 levy, sets Dec. 7 public hearing; allocates $100,000 for Any Path Home
The Rochester City Council certified a preliminary 2027 property tax levy of $124,901,338 (a 5.59% increase in the total levy compared with 2026), set the Dec. 7 final hearing, and approved a $100,000 allocation from statewide affordable housing aid for Any Path Home.
