Resident Ralph French asks board to confirm long-standing easement through peach orchard

Ralph French told the Leicester Selectboard he has used an easement through a peach orchard for "it must be 25 years now," and said the property's current owner recently told him he could not use the road to get firewood and to access hunting land. French said the old stage road once provided access and that he has maintained and repaired the track over the years.
