Scott Ehlers, Executive Director of the Texas Indigent Defense Commission, presented the Commission's report to the Council and identified the Commission's exceptional items that were submitted to the Legislature. The minutes state that Ehlers "outlined the Texas Indigent Defense Commission’s exceptional items to the Legislature and TIDC's appropriations."
