Council introduced a major subdivision application for property at 1205 North Morrison Boulevard intended to combine a commercial parcel with a recently purchased RM‑zoned parcel and ultimately treat the combined tract as commercial. The applicant's representative, Mitch Kraton, said the intent was to expand an existing storage facility and that the parcel to the north had no road frontage and would be combined with the southern parcel.
