City Manager Stanchina told council that Payment Application #4 for the 2024 DWSRF Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) project had not yet been processed despite payment #5 already being processed. Council approved Payment Application #4, directing an $11,495.00 payment to Ultra Construction Services, LLC. The motion was made by Council Member Maule and supported by Council Member Blomquist and recorded as passing unanimously.
