The City Council approved a third amendment to the Consor Engineering contract related to Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1 work. Public Works Contract Administrator Matia Malberg reported the original contract was $835,592 and Amendment #1 added $67,362; the proposed Amendment #3 adds $29,939 for contractor coordination, shop-drawing and material submittal review, and field administration—bringing the contract total to $932,893.
