Administrator: reserve study on track, will split building vs. capital funds

Administrator Holliday reported having met with consultant Serta and said a draft reserve study was included in the board packet. She told the board she will gather updated financial data and work with the chiefs to verify items and fiscal-year assignments. "It will be separated out into 2 reserve studies based on the 7-16 and the 7-17 funds," she said, explaining one portion will cover building items and the other capital items such as vehicles.
