Building-code council advances non-energy codes into draft CR103
The Washington State Building Code Council voted Sept. 25 to move non-energy building-code packages (IBC/IEBC, IRC, IMC/IFGC, IFC, UPC) into a draft CR103 for final review and adoption; staff will draft the language and post materials ahead of the council's October final-adoption meeting. The council tabled a separate budget review and discussed meeting logistics.
