At 8:10 p.m. Vice Chair Judy Scott reported on the road project scope and the RFP associated with grant BR1469. She said she walked the proposed site with Stone Shore Municipal Consulting and VTrans, met separately with two potential contractors for site visits, and identified missing items in the RFP — notably tree removal — that she expects will raise contractor bids above the grant award. The board was reminded there is $35,000 budgeted for road repairs.
