The Andrew City Council approved a building permit and related variance for Sheehan during the July 8 meeting after the clerk reported there were no returned letters and no public opposition. Councilmember Williams moved to approve the permit; Councilmember Rowan seconded, and the motion carried on an all-aye vote.
