Trustees approved Ordinance 693, which updates the village wage and position schedule and applies a 3% cost-of-living adjustment. The ordinance also added position classifications and ranges for seasonal pool staff (pool manager, assistant manager and lifeguard), which had not previously been included in the formal wage schedule.
