The Middleton Plan Commission voted to approve a zoning map amendment to allow "commercial indoor lodging" for the Fiser House at 3075 Deming Way and recommended approval of Conditional Use Permit Resolution 2026-37 contingent on common council approval of the zoning change. Staff presented findings of fact and recommended acceptance prior to the voice vote.
