Commissioners approved on-call engineering services agreements (JUB Engineering and Kimley-Horn), a Health Department receivable with Safe Kids Utah for $12,000, an Atlas Technologies addendum for $8,880, and several sheriff's office event and grant items.

The commission approved multiple staff-recommended agreements and ratifications on consent and business agendas. Staff recommended on-call engineering services agreements with JUB Engineering and Kimley-Horn to provide civil engineering support beginning 09/08/2026 for five years with a two-year renewal option; these agreements will support trails, public-works and facilities projects. Commissioners approved both contracts unanimously.
