Council reviewed a small clarifying amendment to Syracuse Municipal Code §11.20.75 to explicitly state that UTA park-and-ride vans may remain overnight in park-and-ride lots. Staff said the change simply makes explicit what state law already implies and removes ambiguity for residents puzzled by overnight parking of shuttle vans.
