The board approved the Preliminary Plat for Harvest Acres 2nd Addition, a development proposed by Denyon Homes Inc. on Green Pastures Trail (parcel PINs: 1730252, 173230836-07.04 & 173230836-08.02). Adam DeKleyn reviewed the request and Administrator Steve Kunst commended staff and the developer for creative solutions. Board members discussed how park dedication requirements would fit the village’s long-range plan and examined right-of-way and setback considerations.
