The council voted to approve Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) claim #13 for the DTR project during its Dec. 9 meeting. Warrior moved to approve the claim; Cope seconded. The roll-call vote recorded Morehouse, Warrior, England and Cope as voting aye and Easter voting nay, and the motion carried 4–1.
