Following the resignation of Grady Woodruff, the board unanimously appointed Todd Turner to the Development Authority and the Public Facilities Authority to complete Woodruff's term through Dec. 31, 2016.

Chairman Boone reported that Grady Woodruff resigned from the Heard County Development Authority and the Public Facilities Authority effective immediately. The Development Authority recommended Todd Turner to serve the remainder of Woodruff's term, which runs through Dec. 31, 2016.
