Edge Consulting told the Plain City Village Council that the Parks Master Plan process will move from inventory and public outreach into plan development, cost estimating, and funding identification. "I'm Doug Boyer. I'm a landscape architect with Edge," the consultant said as he introduced the team and explained the three-phase process of inventory, plan development and implementation.
