During debate on the WRM micro‑lot text amendment, Commissioner Mike Hein proposed a friendly amendment to reduce the draft's accessory‑building footprint threshold from 600 square feet to 200 square feet so that small sheds could retain a 3‑foot setback while larger accessory buildings would meet larger setbacks. "That is my motion is to change that number from 600 to 200," Mike said when offering the amendment.
