Draft RFP likely to drop blanket ban on county agencies; committee considers reserving funds for community groups

Elizabeth Jordan said the current draft RFP language lists "county, municipal, and other units of government or their department agencies" as ineligible. She recommended striking that restriction and, alternatively, reserving a set amount of the remaining funds for community-based requests so evaluators can compare all proposals together.
