Following a recommendation from the Development Review Board, the Select Board agreed to refund $500 of a withdrawn subdivision application fee to the applicants, retaining $50 to cover the town's minimal costs.

The Select Board reviewed a recommendation from the Development Review Board to refund some or all of a withdrawn subdivision application fee. The DRB reported the applicants had withdrawn and that the town had incurred minimal expense processing the application. The DRB recommended partial refunding given limited staff time expended on the item.
