The Village Board moved into closed session at 7:33 PM pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes § 19.85(1)(c) and (e) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of a public employee and to discuss a separation package for a retired employee. Roll call votes were recorded as YES from Trustees Allen, Beaulieu, Gering, Rodgers, Roth, Zernicke and President Chambers; the motion carried.
