Staff presented two bids for the county's dust-control program and commissioners debated whether the county or the vendor should run each treatment. The meeting record shows Brisbane Trucking quoted "$1.30 per foot for county ran and then $1.40 for company ran," while Scottwood proposed "$1.24 for county ran, $1.29 for company ran."
