After staff review and a recommendation from Planning & Zoning, the board approved the Seams Estate subdivision (SD-09-25) to split a 1.64-acre parcel at 2758 Highway 130 into two lots; utilities exist and the county adopted staff findings of fact and conclusions of law.

Albany County commissioners approved the Seams Estate subdivision permit SD-09-25 on April 21, adopting staff findings and the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation. Planner David told commissioners the applicant, Dwell, Inc., and owner Sentinel Station LLC proposed a two-lot subdivision at 2758 Highway 130 in Centennial; the property is about 1.64 acres and currently zoned commercial. David told the board water, sewer and power are available and that the Centennial Water and Sewer District noted each dwelling must have separate water and sewer taps.
